Communicating with customers via telephone, emails and letters to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
Assisting customers with payment options.
Weekly pre-ticket pull report review with Delivery dispatcher.
Pre-mailing account statement review and follow-up.
Reporting high risk and problem accounts to the Controller.
Communicating with outside collection agencies regarding account sent for collection and reporting the status of these accounts, upon request.
Website administration.
Other Duties include Answering the telephone and assisting customers at the counter.
Processing and updating daily delivery work from drivers.
Receiving transport deliveries into plant.
Preparing month-ends reports for house inventory.
Provide backup support for bookkeeping and other office and other office related functions, including entering payments, preparing bank deposits, processing credit cards, filing and updating the POS.
